Our Terms of Business vary depending on the nature of the products and services we supply.

Usually, for an initial piece of work where we have yet to fully analyse and scope the project, we charge an agreed fixed fee in advance.  

Once this stage has been completed and you and we have a clear idea of how the project is likely to progress, we will be happy to switch to a results-oriented payment scheme that we agree with you in writing.

Very occasionally we will agree to be paid by the hour, but this is exceptional.

Our normal credit terms are that payment is due within 14 days of invoice.
