Boss Gloss - express waterless car valeting
Boss Gloss provides waterless car valeting and cleaning services using it’s own proprietary and uniquely effective cleaning product that cleans, polishes and protects the car, inside and out. There is no mess, no water, just a better-than-showroom-finish in about 10 minutes.
Boss Gloss operates from smart, permanent and well-marketed car park sites where people come specially to have their car cleaned by us.
We’re looking for ambitious people with excellent team management skills to run our extensive network of car park valeting businesses across the UK, and to offer mobile waterless valeting services to homes and businesses in their area.
We’re also looking for fit; hard-working and forward-thinking people to join our valeting teams.
If you love cars and love turning them out looking their best and you are willing to learn, then working as a valeter with Boss Gloss could be your route to owning your own business one day.
As a Boss Gloss valeter you’ll earn a basic salary plus bonuses for cleans delivered, get full training in cleaning and valeting cars using our products and equipment; work in a smart uniform and have the pleasure of seeing happy customers in shiny, showroom-finish cars, without damaging the environment.
But you won’t just clean cars - when you’re not actually cleaning cars, you’ll also be expected to help carry shopping, walk customers to their car with an umbrella if its raining, watch out for thieves and vandals, pick up rubbish, help with fundraising events for our charity Water Aid, and generally make Boss Gloss car parks much more attractive places to spend time in.
How big is the market?
The market for quick and convenient car cleans is huge.
There are over 33 million cars in the UK, cleaned on average twice a month. That’s 6.6 million cars to be cleaned per month.
Car owners, like everyone else, are increasingly short of time, so getting their car cleaned while they are doing something else (like working, shopping, or even away on holiday) is becoming an increasingly popular option, and demand for this sort of service is on the rise.
